Andrea is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years’ experience. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management degree, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, as well as a Case Manager and Delegating Nurse certification.
She founded Wellness Strategies Group LLC with a passion to bridge the gap between the patient and the health care system. Her private in-home consultation develops comprehensive and individualized care plans that improve health and wellness and secure her client’s care needs.
Services include wellness assessments, post illness and injury assessments, disease management, medication management, health care navigation, care coordination and patient advocacy.
By using a holistic approach for assessment, education, and advocacy, she empowers and supports her clients to make informed decisions and effectively manage their care, so no one falls through the health care gap.
